Welcome to Enhancesoft
Why we begin with meaningful problems, what customers have taught us about product-market fit, and the responsibility that comes with building for the long term.

Useful is a standard
Enhancesoft exists to build software around work that matters. Customer requests need ownership. Infrastructure needs continuity. Teams need tools that remain understandable after the excitement of a launch has passed.
That is what we mean by useful. It is not a feature count or a moment in a product cycle. It is the discipline of staying close to a real problem and making the product earn its place over time.
The measure of useful software is not how loudly it launches. It is whether people can keep depending on it.
Products should have their own identity
osTicket, the osTicket Virtual Appliance, SupportDesk, and elasticd serve different people and solve different problems. They should not be flattened into one corporate product or made to look interchangeable.
Enhancesoft provides the continuity behind them: engineering resources, product stewardship, operating experience, and a company accountable for what happens next.
Continuity is part of the product
Technology changes. Customer expectations change. Good stewardship does not mean refusing to move; it means making progress without treating the people who already rely on the product as an inconvenience.
That belief has shaped more than two decades of work. It will continue to shape how we build, how we communicate, and how we decide which problems deserve our attention.
